About this place

Built around a 1974 flood-control dam in the Maplecrest hamlet, with a 26-acre lake and beach, softball diamond, basketball and volleyball courts, and a picnic pavilion with BBQ grills. Official park rules state 'NO fires are allowed - Barbecue ONLY,' explicitly permitting grilling while banning open campfires.
