SwimmingVaries Guarded beach swimming is available for a fee from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., through Labor Day. Outside of these operating hours or when guarded swimming is unavailable, guests may swim and swim fees do not apply.
FishingLicense Except for the beach and cabin area, fishing is permitted from the shoreline throughout the park. Bass, catfish, muskie, walleye and striped bass are among the popular sport fish found in the lake. A valid Virginia freshwater fishing license is required.
AlcoholLimited With an approved ABC license, alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the meeting room or on the deck within reserved areas.
DogsNo A fee is charged per pet per night for cabin stays. Pets are not allowed on the beach at the swimming area.
