Croton Landing Park
About this place
Village of Croton-on-Hudson park stretching over a mile along the Hudson River Greenway/RiverWalk, separate from the Westchester County-owned Croton Point Park to its south. Village Code Ch. 167 §167-6(A)(1) explicitly exempts 'grilling or cooking using charcoal, propane, butane, untreated wood, or natural gas in cooking or grilling appliances approved for such fuels' from the open-fire permit requirement, so portable grilling is allowed village-wide, including here.
