Swimming is allowed at the beach area with lifeguards provided at limited times during summer months. Adult supervision for children 12 years and younger is required. Diving (head-first entries) is prohibited. Swimming outside the buoys is at your own risk. Swimming outside the controlled beach area in the lake is not encouraged and is at your own risk.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are prohibited in the beach and picnic areas. Dogs are welcome in the conservation forest but must be controlled at all times and leashed in accordance with Great Barrington leash laws; all dog solid waste shall be immediately removed.
